We recognize that not everyone has the freezer capacity to accommodate a quarter or side of beef, so our packages are designed for your convenience! Roughly 40 lbs of beef takes up about 1 cubic foot of freezer space. Each customer has distinct preferences and requirements regarding beef. This is why we provide custom orders and strive to meet any special requests you may have.
